About the Role

We're looking for an energetic Business Development Executive to drive recent business for our Semiconductor and Technology recruitment practice. You'll identify prospective clients, build relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders, and support the company's growth — an ideal role for someone passionate about B2B sales and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

*Business Development*
- Identify potential clients across Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, AI, Automotive, Product Engineering, and GCCs




- Research target companies and decision-makers
- Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and cold calling
- Schedule client meetings for the Founder and follow up through to closure

*Client Relationship Management*
- Build relationships with HR Heads, TA Managers, Engineering Directors, CTOs, and Founders
- Maintain regular communication with prospective clients
- Understand hiring requirements and business needs
- Ensure a strong client experience through the sales cycle

*Sales Support*
- Prepare capability presentations, proposals, and commercial documents
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
- Track business development metrics

*Market Intelligence*
- Track hiring trends in Semiconductor and Product Engineering
- Identify companies expanding in India, new GCCs, funding announcements, and hiring activity
