About the Role

We are looking for a
highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager
to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a robust mix of sales acumen, relationship management skills, and a data-driven approach to generate and close business opportunities. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a proactive sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects across target industries.
- Lead negotiations and close business opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.

2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their objectives.




- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during proposal and contract stages.

3. Market & Competitive Analysis
- Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform BD strategies.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership for product positioning and strategy.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to drive alignment on customer needs and delivery commitments.
- Support marketing initiatives with market intelligence and customer insights.

5. Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on pipeline, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
- Use CRM tools to track performance metrics and opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience:
3-7 years in business development, sales, client management, or relat
