Experienced Dy. Manager – Production for one of our leading clients in the Agrochemical/Pesticides Manufacturing industry.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of Production experience in the Agrochemical/Pesticides industry.

Candidates currently working with or having experience in India Pesticides Ltd., Lucknow will be preferred.

Hands-on experience working on PEDA is mandatory.

Robust knowledge of cGMP, BMR documentation, production planning, and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day production activities while ensuring productivity and quality targets are achieved.

Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety, and quality standards.





Handle production planning, manpower allocation, and shift scheduling.

Verify raw materials, packing materials, and dispensing activities as per BMR.

Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and coordinate with the Quality Assurance team.

Maintain housekeeping, hygiene, and safety standards across the production plant.

Coordinate with Engineering, Warehouse, Maintenance, and QA teams for smooth operations.

Monitor equipment breakdowns, preventive maintenance, calibration, and documentation.

Conduct safety training and ensure adherence to EHS guidelines.

Drive continuous process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
