About the role

Techvantage.ai is an AI services company. For fifteen years we have built and shipped real technology for clients across industries, and today that means putting applied AI into production, where it has to work, at scale, with real business outcomes on the line. We are not a startup finding our feet. We are an established firm doing frontier work, and we are expanding the team that does it.

You will build the AI systems our clients run their business on. Not demos. Not proofs of concept that die in a slide deck. Real systems, models, pipelines, and agentic workflows that go live and stay live. This is next generation work, and we want engineers who want to be at that edge.

What you will do
- Design, build, and ship production AI systems for clients across industries,



from data all the way to deployment.
- Work the full modern stack: statistical modelling, classical machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and now generative AI and agentic systems.
- Fine tune and adapt SLMs and LLMs to real client workflows. Architect retrieval, memory, and tool use for high stakes, auditable decisions.
- Build evals that catch the failure modes that matter in production, not the ones benchmarks measure.
- Deploy and operate on up-to-date cloud platforms, with the engineering discipline production demands.
- Lead and mentor. Set the technical bar for the people around you and lift them to it.
- Bring creative inputs and own the outcome. The best solutions here started as someone saying "what if we tried." We want engineers who think out loud, argue for the better design, and solve the whole problem, not just the ticket in front of them.
