Experience: 3+ Years
Salary: ₹3–4 LPA / ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & last drawn salary) + Incentives + Yearly Benefits

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Design & Customer Care Executives and Interior Designers / Site Supervisors to join our team in Mumbai. If you have experience in interior design, site execution, customer handling, and project coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Suggest suitable interior solutions including wallcoverings, furnishings, floorings, mattresses, customized furniture, and related products.
- Develop design concepts, prepare cost estimates, and create BOQs.
- Coordinate with vendors, project managers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage projects from concept to completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle client meetings,



resolve escalations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor in office work and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, site supervision, or project execution.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, and material selection.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Willingness to travel for site visits within Mumbai.
