Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hisar for a Collection Executive, Credit Manager, Customer Care, and Experienced HR professional. Day-to-day responsibilities may include managing debt collection activities, following up on overdue accounts, and negotiating repayment plans with customers in a professional manner.



The role also involves assessing creditworthiness, monitoring credit limits, and supporting risk management through accurate credit control processes. Team members will handle customer queries, provide clear information on loans and payments, and resolve issues to maintain strong customer relationships. Experienced HR responsibilities may include supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and basic HR operations. The role requires close coordination with finance, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth collections, credit management, and customer care.
