Role Description
The Customer Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Jaipur Area. This role is responsible for managing relationships with distributors, dealers,



and key customers, ensuring a high level of service, timely resolution of issues, and consistent follow-up on orders and deliveries. The Customer Relations Manager will handle customer queries and complaints, coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service outcomes. The role includes monitoring customer satisfaction, preparing reports and insights for leadership, supporting customer onboarding and product training, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes. The person in this position will also assist in developing customer engagement initiatives that strengthen loyalty and support Radicab’s growth in domestic and international markets.
