Role Description
The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across supply chain, production, and fulfillment. This role involves coordinating with farmers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to ensure consistent product quality, timely procurement, and efficient inventory management.



The Operations Manager will monitor workflows, optimize processes, and implement standard operating procedures to support scalability and regulatory compliance. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product, finance, and customer service to align operations with business goals and ensure smooth execution of orders and distribution. The role also includes tracking operational KPIs, managing budgets, supervising onsite staff, and resolving operational issues to maintain a high-performance, safety-conscious workplace.

Job Profile:

Build, Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–6 operations executives, ensuring daily tasks are executed flawlessly.

Be handson with tools like Shopify, Shiprocket & Unicommerce.

Set clear KPIs for the team, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative, high-efficiency work setting.

Oversee store inventory levels and accurately calc
