Role Description
The Operations in Charge role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jalpaiguri. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operational activities of the firm, including coordination of office workflows, case-related logistics, and resource allocation to ensure smooth functioning across practice areas.



Responsibilities include supervising support staff, maintaining operational processes, tracking ongoing matters and deadlines, and ensuring that client service standards are consistently met. The Operations in Charge will collaborate with partners and associates to align operational priorities with litigation and advisory commitments, manage vendors and office supplies, and support internal reporting and documentation. This role also requires identifying process improvements, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant administrative requirements.
