Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract-to-Hire, 6 Months) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of technical and non-technical positions.



The specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, craft accurate job descriptions, and ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience. Day-to-day activities include managing talent pipelines, driving employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment data and reports, and supporting offer negotiations and onboarding. The role also involves continuously improving recruitment processes, using data and feedback to optimize hiring outcomes and support the growth of DecisionX AI.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition processes, including Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with a track record of filling roles efficiently and effectively.
- Experience with Hiring activities such as role scoping, candidate selection, and offer management in rapid-paced or high-growth environments.
