Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations for raw materials, hardware, finished goods, and consumables.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy at all times.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.
- Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions and maintain proper records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely replenishment.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and proper material storage.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labelling, and preservation of all materials.
- Maintain inward and outward registers, GRN, stock reports, and ERP entries.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments for smooth material flow.
