Primary Responsibilities Data Quality Hygiene:- Oversee regular audits of Salesforce contact and company records to identify and resolve inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or duplicate data Define and maintain data quality standards, validation rules, and deduplication processes Monitor data health KPIs and report regularly to CRM leadership and stakeholders Contact Enrichment Research :- Own the end-to-end enrichment process - prioritization, execution, validation, and loading into Salesforce Operate and evaluate third-party platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism) to append missing or outdated contact and company information Conduct and oversee targeted manual research on contacts, companies, and industries Maintain enrichment refresh schedules, with particular attention to high-decay fields such as job titles, emails,



and phone numbers Stakeholder Engagement BD Support Serve as the primary contact for regional and global marketing leads on contact data matters Support Business Development by identifying and profiling key contacts at target companies Represent the function in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to broader CRM team strategy Coordinate across time zones with flexibility to support global stakeholders Process, Governance Documentation Define and maintain documentation for all core enrichment and data quality processes Identify and implement improvements to data accuracy, consistency, and team efficiency Ensure all data practices comply with relevant privacy regulations including GDPR Team Leadership Function Management Develop a team of specialists, coordinating day-to-day priorities and providing quality oversight Direct junior CRM analyst resources on shared data tasks Serve as the primary interface between the contact data function and the CRM Lead What We Are Looking For Required 5+ years of experience in CRM data management, contact research, data enrichment, or a related field Hands-on experience with Salesforce, inc
