Business Function Quality Control

Summary of the Position:
- Responsible for conducting the sampling of incoming Crude Raw materials receipt at site, and conducting the analysis of Incoming crude material, Finished Goods and Re-Sale product.
- Responsible for analyzing Crude raw materials (Evolution sample) for alternative vendor development and providing feedback to the relevant department with approval status.
- To explain the principal purpose of the job and its major objectives.
- Major Tasks:
- Responsible for conducting the sampling of in-coming Crude Raw materials receipt at site, and conducting the analysis of Incoming crude material, Finished Goods and Re-Sale product follows below testing methods in accordance to the material and Material releasing SAP in Timely manner.
- Testing methods:
- Exhaust dyeing
- Printing application
- Pad Roll dyeing
- Solubility
- pH
- Dust Note
- UV Transmission
- To give feedback to concern department in case of material rejection
- Ensure the calibrations of pH meter on daily basis.




- Preparation and standardization of solutions needed for analysis.
- Responsible to prepare lab blend recipe and give to production department after approval.
- Responsible to give corrections in case of deviation occurred in blending.
- Responsible to do RIK (Replacement in Kind) for that sample is approved in quality parameters.
- Responsible to maintain counter sample management.
- Responsible to maintain positive housekeeping in laboratory.
- Responsible to maintain and tracking chemical inventory, Glass ware, and Filter paper inventory.

Expected Outcome:
- Organize and plan the analysis of incoming Crude material, Finished Goods and Re-Sale Product as per the Archroma specification and ensure SAP release on timely manner.
- Keep maintaining the analysis data in register of Application Register, Crude Material and Re-Sale product register.
- In case of any rejection timely communicate to the concern departments
