About the Company

Steadfast Engineers LLP is a leading manufacturer of induction melting and heating furnaces, industrial equipment, and furnace spare parts. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function and contribute to the company's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization initiatives.




- Monitor financial performance and recommend strategies to improve profitability.
- Establish solid internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance practices.
- Lead statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Drive ERP implementation and financial process improvements.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 10-15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, budgeting, compliance, costing, and treasury management.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
