Role Description
The Co Host role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Gurugram, with a mix of on-site responsibilities at properties and some work-from-home tasks. The Co Host will support daily guest operations, including handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries,



and resolving issues to ensure a smooth, high-quality stay. This role involves coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams, inspecting properties before and after stays, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Co Host will assist in presenting properties to potential guests, sharing local recommendations, and helping refine service standards and guest communication templates. The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, along with proactive collaboration with the wider hospitality and operations team.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interactions with guests and internal teams.
- Customer Service skills to handle guest needs, manage complaints professionally, and create positive experiences.
