Accountabilities




The Systems Support Engineer will provide technical support for enterprise applications and operational environments, ensuring system performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, ownership of technical issues, and effective collaboration across teams.
- Provide advanced technical support and maintain strong client relationships by tracking, analyzing, and resolving ongoing issues.
- Act as a primary contact for application and database performance-related concerns.
- Monitor and evaluate application performance using tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Current Relic, or similar platforms.
- Analyze complex application, infrastructure, and database performance issues and drive them through resolution.
- Identify, document, and track defects, known issues, and corrective actions across supported environments.
- Develop alerts and operational workflows for recurring technical issues.
