Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and professional Healthcare Consultant / Operations Executive to support hospital operations, coordinate homecare services, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our healthcare consultancy business. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate hospital consultancy and homecare service operations.
- Assist patients and families in understanding healthcare services and treatment options.




- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners.
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, referrals, and homecare requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, agreements, and service documentation.
- Handle client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Support business development activities and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality patient and client services.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or Life Sciences preferred).
- Diploma or certification in Hospital Administration is an added advantage.
