We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of recruitment experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.




- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Prepare recruitment reports and MIS on a regular basis.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
