Sujatha School, Moinabad is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Accountant to manage the school's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling fee collections, preparing financial reports, coordinating payroll, and ensuring compliance with statutory and accounting regulations. Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Manage student fee collections, receipts, refunds, and reconciliation of fee records.
- Prepare and process payment vouchers, invoices, journal entries, and expense records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank balances.
- Assist in payroll processing and coordinate salary-related accounting entries.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS, GST (if applicable), PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.




- Maintain fixed asset registers and other financial documentation.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and audit processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all financial information.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Experience in a school or educational institution will be preferred.
