Content Strategist - ATZA AI Production House | South Delhi | Full-time

About the Role:

At ATZA Digitally, we're building the next generation of high-performing digital content. We're looking for a Content Strategist who can identify trends, develop content ideas that capture attention, and shape content strategies that drive audience growth across social platforms.

This is a high-ownership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence creative direction, experiment with current formats, and build content that delivers real impact.

What You'll Own:
- Ideation: a constant stream of unconventional content ideas, hooks, and formats; the kind that don't look like everything else on the timeline
- Scripting: write scripts designed for AI-generation pipelines, balancing bold ideas with what's realistically produceable
- Growth strategy: figure out what actually gets a page from 0 to a real audience: hook mechanics, format testing, trend-jacking, doubling down on what works
- Rapid iteration: treat every post as a small experiment; read the data, adjust fast





What We're Looking For:
- Insanely creative: you have a flood of ideas and they're not the obvious ones. This matters more than a polished resume.
- Genuine understanding of page growth: a formal project that you worked on in your last job, or even if it's your own hobby page, a friend's account you helped grow or just obsessively studying what works.
- Comfortable thinking within AI-generation constraints: ideas that are ambitious but actually makeable
- Early-career candidates welcome as well: we care about raw creative instinct and hustle over years on a resume
- Excellent R&D; mindset: you are naturally curious, love going down rabbit holes and can turn research on trends, audiences and content formats into fresh, actionable ideas.
