Role & responsibilities

We are hiring an SEO Specialist to improve search rankings and organic traffic for our clients, primarily US and UK based businesses.
- Plan and execute complete SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical)
- Conduct keyword research and map keywords to content and pages
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and structure
- Perform technical SEO audits and fix issues (site speed, crawlability, indexing)
- Build quality backlinks and manage off-page SEO
- Manage Google Business Profile and local SEO where needed
- Track rankings, traffic, and performance using GSC, GA4, and SEO tools
- Prepare explicit monthly SEO reports with insights and next steps
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices

Preferred candidate profile
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console)
- Good understanding of keyword research and search intent




- Experience with local SEO / Google Business Profile is a plus
- Familiar with GA4 and basic tracking
- Good written and spoken English (for US/UK client work)
- Comfortable with night shift (9 PM - 6 AM IST)
- Based in or willing to work from Mohali / Chandigarh (in-office)
