Role Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Gwalior Area. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance operations of the hospital, including the supervision of maintenance staff and coordination of repair and service activities for facilities, equipment, and utilities. The role involves scheduling and monitoring preventive maintenance, responding promptly to breakdowns, and ensuring that all work complies with safety, healthcare, and regulatory standards.



The Maintenance Supervisor will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to minimize downtime, manage vendors and contractors, maintain records of maintenance activities, and support continuous improvement of hospital infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Experience supervising maintenance teams in a hospital, healthcare, or large facility environment, with strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Practical knowledge of building services such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, medical gas systems, and general equipment maintenance.
- Ability to plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules, manage work orders, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Understanding of safety standards, infection control practices, and regulatory compliance relevant to healthcare facilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced env
