Role Description
The Store Manager role at Dmart is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including staff scheduling, supervision, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. This role is responsible for driving sales, monitoring inventory levels, maintaining merchandising and cleanliness, and ensuring a safe and efficient store environment.
