We are looking for a motivated
Senior Urban Planner
to take ownership of key technical components of urban planning and master planning projects while working closely with Project Leads and multidisciplinary teams. This role is ideal for professionals looking to strengthen their technical expertise, mentor Asst.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently undertake planning studies and technical analysis.
- Prepare master plans, planning reports, GIS analysis, drawings and presentations.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities with consultants and project teams.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations and stakeholder consultations.
- Review and guide the work of Asst. planners.
- Ensure high-quality technical outputs and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Urban Planning with a Bachelor's in Architecture.
- 2–4 years of relevant consulting experience
- Experience in projects such as Development Plans, TP Schemes, Master Plans for TOD, Local Area Plans or similar assignments.
- A proactive professional who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership and mentoring younger team members.
