Role Description:

The Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day activities across all departments, including Operations, Sales, Administration, Documentation, Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Support, Marketing, IT, and other business functions. The Executive will ensure smooth workflow, timely execution of tasks, compliance with company policies, and efficient interdepartmental coordination. Key responsibilities include monitoring departmental performance, maintaining accurate records and documentation, resolving operational challenges, supporting process improvements, coordinating with vendors and external partners, analyzing business performance data, ensuring high standards of customer service, and contributing to the overall growth, efficiency, and operational excellence of the organization.

Qualifications:
- Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to oversee multiple business functions.
- Excellent communication, leadership,



and interpersonal skills for effective coordination across departments and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, MS Office, ERP/CRM systems, inventory management software, and project management tools
.
- Working knowledge of
digital marketing tools
such as
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, SEO tools, Canva, and social media management platforms
is preferred.
- Experience in
operations, administration, logistics, inventory, sales, marketing, supply chain, retail, rental, or service-based industries
is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and take ownership in a quick-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
