Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, self-driven Business Development Manager – Advisor Acquisition - Marketplace to manage end-to-end advisor lifecycle - from identifying different partnership streams and onboarding recent advisors to ensuring they remain engaged, productive, and retained.
This is an individual contributor role with significant visibility.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and be responsible for advisor supply health — bringing together sourcing hustle, data discipline, and strong relationship skills to help build a thriving advisor community.
Key Responsibilities
Advisor Supply & Onboarding
- Drive end-to-end advisor acquisition — sourcing from different forums, managing the screening process, onboarding, and activation
- Maintain a consistent pipeline to onboard advisors as per demand targets
- Ensure Supply ≥ Demand at all times; proactively identify and close supply gaps before they impact business
Advisor Engagement & Retention
- Drive Advisor NPS through proactive relationship management, feedback loops, and timely resolution
- Maintain advisor retention rate; conduct regular touchpoints and engagement initiatives
Demand-Supply Management
- Continuously monitor supply-demand ratio and advisor quota utilisation
- Flag and resolve demand-supply imbalances proactively and cross-functionally
