The Impact You'll Create:

The Growth Head– B2B (Spice Money) will act as the digital business manager for the company’s core assisted financial services. This is a business-first role responsible for managing agent engagement, retention, cross-product penetration and satisfaction through digital levers such as communication, incentive design, structured lifecycle programs and sentiment monitoring. You will work closely with the product, business, CRM, creative and analytics teams to identify friction points, drive usage and scale partner contribution to revenue through structured and data-backed initiatives.
