Role Description
The Sales Intern role at NoxusDynamics is a full-time, hybrid position based in Kottayam, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the sales team with lead generation, following up with prospective clients, and assisting in preparing sales presentations and proposals. The intern will help manage customer inquiries, maintain CRM data, and contribute to building long-term client relationships.



The role also involves coordinating with technical and marketing teams to understand product features, participate in product demonstrations, and support sales reporting and documentation.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to engage with clients, present information clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a professional and supportive client experience.
- Sales skills to assist with lead generation, prospect follow-up, and basic negotiation under guidance from senior team members.
- Training and Sales Management exposure or interest to support onboarding of clients, learn sales processes, and assist in organizing sales activities.
