Role Description
The Customer Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves engaging prospective and existing clients, explaining financial products and services, and recommending suitable solutions across insurance, investments, trading,



and other offerings. The specialist will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, conduct needs assessments, prepare proposals, and follow up to close sales while maintaining solid, long-term client relationships. Daily activities include documenting client interactions, coordinating with internal advisors, supporting training or information sessions for clients, and ensuring all interactions comply with company policies and regulatory standards. The role requires consistent on-site collaboration with the wider team to deliver a seamless, professional client experience.
