Role & responsibilities

Lead and supervise final inspection and testing of LT control panels (PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, PLC,

etc.) as per approved design, drawings, and customer requirements.
- Plan and execute routine, type, and functional tests, including continuity, insulation resistance (IR),

high-voltage (HV), operational sequence, and interlock verification.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards such as IS 8623 / IEC 61439.
- Conduct in-process and pre-dispatch inspections, ensuring complete compliance with QA

checklists.
- Review and approve quality documentation test reports, calibration certificates, inspection

reports, NCRs, and FAT records QAP,CAPA
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions for recurring quality issues.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving ISO 9001 quality management systems.





Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

• Experience: 5 to 8 years in Quality Control, Testing, or Inspection of LT control panels or electrical

switchgear assemblies.

• Technical Expertise:
- Thorough knowledge of LT switchgear components (MCB, MCCB, ACB, contactors, relays, meters,

CT/PT, etc.).
- Proficiency in interpreting GA drawings, SLDs, control wiring diagrams, and electrical

schematics.
- Solid understanding of electrical testing procedures and instruments (megger, HV tester,

multimeter, etc.).
- Familiarity with IS/IEC standards and panel type test certification requirements
