About the Role

House Colors is seeking a driven and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultant focusing exclusively on the secondary (resale) market. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality property listings from existing owners, matching them with qualified prospects, and managing the end-to-end transaction process. We need a proactive dealmaker who understands market valuations, manages their portfolio efficiently, and thrives on achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

Listing Acquisition: Actively prospect and network to source secondary market properties and secure exclusive listing agreements with property owners.

Inventory Management: Maintain a highly organized, up-to-date portfolio of available properties. Track market status changes, manage property access (keys/codes), and ensure all listing data and seller interactions are meticulously recorded in our CRM.

Market Analysis:



Conduct accurate Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to advise sellers on realistic pricing strategies based on current market data.

Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for both buyers and sellers, providing honest, transparent, and timely communication throughout the sales cycle.

Property Viewings: Organize and conduct professional property viewings, highlighting key features and answering buyer inquiries effectively.

Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate aggressive but fair negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach an agreement.

Transaction Management: Oversee the administrative process of the sale, ensuring all contracts, transfer documents, and legal requirements are completed smoothly.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2+years of proven experience specifically in real estate secondary market sales.
