Quality Engineer /Sr. Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect heavy fabricated and machined components using appropriate tools.
- Interpret engineering drawings.
- Perform dimensional, visual, and assembly inspections.
- Conduct raw material testing and NDT activities. Execute no load testing.
- Understand and apply Quality Assurance Plans (QAP).
- Inspect components at vendor sites as per PO BOM scope.
- Prepare inspection reports and coordinate with vendors.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 ISO 18001 standards.
- Review and verify the Technical Certificate provided by vendors to ensure compliance.

Skill and Experience Required:
- Experience: 3-4 years
- Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of machining processes (Turning, Milling, Shaping, Grinding, Boring, Slotting, Jig Boring, Honing, Hobbing etc.).
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments.
- Experience in heavy machining inspection.
- Knowledge of SAP/ERP (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valuable communication and ability to work independently.
