Position: Manager InfoSec – Location – Mumbai (Goregaon (w))

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: InfoSec Operations & Implementation:

 Define the roadmap for the organization for the security technologies, security standards for

the next 12 to 24 months.

 Establish the security architecture, standards, technology stack and frameworks for

internal/external applications and products.

 Ensure the security posture all the time at a desired level and make sure the business

requirements and plan for business continuity at each of the critical failure points.

 Lead complex, large-scale programs that ultimately will drive security culture change

throughout the enterprise.

 Ensure the organization is geared for security standards like NIST, SOC2, HIPPA, ISO, MITRE.

 Conducts accreditation interviews, risk assessments, and technical analyses to determine

areas of risk and non-compliance.

 Uses broad and deep security knowledge and technical evaluation skills to help ensure risks

are appropriately identified, assessed, and documented.

Job Description:





 Applicants should be Mumbai based are given top preference.

 Lead the Security function at the company and serve as the subject matter expert to manage

the overall information security.

 The candidate will report directly to the CISO.

 Responsible for ensuring that the company's digital assets are protected from unauthorized

access. This includes securing both online and on-premises infrastructures, weeding through

metrics and data to filter out suspicious activity, and finding and mitigating risks before

breaches occur.

 Responsible for keeping the company's Network & security systems up to date and creating

documentation and planning for all security-related information, including incident response

and disaster recovery plans.

 Determining latest technologies and processes that improve the overall security

infrastructure.

 Knowledge of enterprise IT security concerns and technologies, including
