Role Summary
The Welfare Manager is responsible for overseeing employee welfare across all locations, including accommodation, staff meals, uniforms, facilities, vendor management, and welfare operations. The role ensures employees have a protected, comfortable, and well-managed environment while driving standardized processes that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee accommodations, bed allocation, hygiene audits, occupancy, and expansion.
- Oversee staff meal operations, food dispatches, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Manage uniform procurement, inventory, issuance, and employee asset tracking.
- Coordinate employee health check-ups and welfare initiatives.
- Manage welfare-related vendors, procurement, and facility requirements.
- Set up welfare infrastructure for new accommodations and locations.
- Standardize trackers, SOPs, reporting, and welfare processes across all cities.
- Lead and develop the Welfare team, ensuring uninterrupted daily operations and cross-location support.

Preferred Experience
- 4–8 years in Employee Welfare, Administration, Facilities, Hospitality Operations, or HR Operations.
- Experience managing multi-location welfare, accommodation, or facilities is preferred.
