What You'll Do

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead end-to-end hiring for Enterprise Services across the Asia-Pacific region,



overseeing delivery through a team of recruiters. Acting as the regional delivery lead, this role translates global hiring strategy into regionally tailored plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities, talent market dynamics, and workforce needs.

As the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across APAC Regional Offices and Enterprise Services functions, you will drive alignment between global objectives and local execution. You will oversee hiring delivery at scale, with a strong focus on volume hiring strategy globally, ensuring consistency, operational excellence, and a high-quality experience for candidates and stakeholders.
