Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven Franchise Sales Manager to lead franchise acquisition for YogKulam. You will own the complete franchise sales journey — from the first enquiry to a signed partnership — while ensuring every new franchise partner is genuinely committed and set up for success.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate franchise leads through referrals, industry associations, exhibitions, LinkedIn, and corporate contacts, alongside enquiries from digital marketing
- Conduct discovery calls to understand each prospect's background, investment capacity, and preferred location
- Present YogKulam's franchise business model clearly — investment, ROI, and support system
- Conduct engaging franchise presentations, online and in person
- Convert qualified leads into signed franchise partnerships
- Follow up consistently and re-engage cold prospects
- Maintain accurate records of every lead in the CRM
- Advise prospective partners on investment planning, location selection, infrastructure, staffing, and marketing support
