We're a fast-growing cold-chain logistics operator (9+ facilities, anchor clients including top Q-com players) scaling hiring across ops, engineering, tech, and corporate functions. We need someone to own end-to-end talent acquisition.
What you'll own:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for all open roles across sites and functions — sourcing to offer
- Build and manage a recruitment team/pods (sourcers, coordinators) and their individual targets
- Design and improve hiring process: JD creation, screening filters, interview structure, offer negotiation
- Track and report hiring metrics — screenings, interviews, offers, time-to-fill, source effectiveness
- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and headcount planning
- Improve employer brand and candidate experience (reviews, response quality, funnel drop-off)
You should have:
- 8+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 1-2 years leading a recruitment team
- Experience hiring at scale across white-collar/corporate roles
- Robust with hiring metrics and process
