- Monitoring of Shift Activities which includes vessel/rail/road operations and ensure targets and deadlines are effectively met.
- Job allocation and engagement of company and outsourced staff.
- Achievement of optimum productivity levels and reliability of service to customers.
- Contributing for the meeting of Business/Operational targets and objectives.
- Supervise and manage the terminal supervisory group into an effective and effective team.
- Liaise with inter departments for proper service from ‘supporting’ departments.
- Ensure seamless inter shift flow of work.
- Ensuring safe and correct working practices.
- Contributing to continuous improvement.
- Ensure vessel Berthing and Un-berthing Timelines are achieved.
