Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic
Cold Calling & Onboarding Executive
who can connect with potential clients, introduce ChemBizZ digital platform, and successfully onboard new customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce ChemBizZ's digital platform.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and explain platform benefits effectively.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into active customers.
- Assist customers with registration, profile setup, and product listings.
- Provide basic platform training and resolve customer queries.




- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily call reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Support teams for smooth onboarding.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (multi-language is an added advantage).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and active listening ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Robust follow-up, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
