Role Description
The BIM Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram, Mumbai, Jaipur and Ahmedabad. The BIM Architect will develop and manage Building Information Models for architectural projects, ensuring accurate coordination between design and construction documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include producing and updating architectural and construction drawings, preparing submittals,
and collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design and coordination issues. The role involves maintaining BIM standards, supporting clash detection and model reviews, and ensuring that documentation complies with project specifications and local regulations. The BIM Architect will also contribute to process improvements and best practices in BIM workflows across projects.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Architecture and Architectural Drawings skills, with a solid understanding of design principles and building systems.
