JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure compliance with statutory labour laws and company policies.
- Handle EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Bonus, and Gratuity compliance.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and verify statutory deductions.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
- Maintain attendance,



leave, and employee data in the HRMS.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintain compliance registers.
- Support labour inspections and statutory audits.
- Handle contractor compliance and statutory documentation.
- Process employee exits and Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain compliance records.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, Payroll, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, HRMS, and MS Excel.
- 1-4 years of relevant HR Compliance/HR Operations experience
