Accountabilities
As a Senior Amazon Connect Engineer, you will design, implement, optimize, and support cloud-based contact center platforms while helping organizations modernize their customer engagement capabilities. You will combine technical expertise with customer collaboration to deliver secure, scalable, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Design, implement, and support enterprise-scale Amazon Connect solutions.
- Configure and customize Amazon Connect components, including Contact Flows, Queues, Routing Profiles, Quick Connects, Hours of Operation, and Agent Workspaces.
- Develop serverless applications using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, and EventBridge.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with enterprise platforms including CRM, ERP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Zendesk, and other business applications through APIs and AWS services.
