At mo energy systems, we develop innovative mounting systems for vertical photovoltaic facades. To enable our continued growth, we are looking for someone to take over our order management and work with us to establish professional processes.
In this key position, you will be the central point of contact for offers, orders, purchasing, and logistics. You will work closely with our management team and actively contribute to shaping the organization of a young company.
Your tasks with us
- Creating offers and coordinating orders
- Managing purchasing and suppliers
- Ensure material availability and logistics
- Maintain ERP and master data
- Simplify and further develop processes
- Providing organizational support to sales, technology and management
Your profile
- Commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in sales administration, order management or purchasing
- Independent and structured work style
- Enjoyment of organizing and optimizing
- Confident demeanor towards customers and suppliers
