What You Can Expect

The IT Tech Lead for Manufacturing Operations Management works with global operations partners and IT stakeholders to identify and define needs/issues, document requirements, lead development on small - medium projects and/or participate in larger scale implementations, and solve complex problems,



providing recommendations with fact-based analysis.

How You'll Create Impact
- Liaison between global operations users and IT - make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through recent technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
- Delivers and escalates key updates to stakeholders for global manufacturing applications
- Provide ongoing application support to ensure stable and secure operations.
- Conducts application diagnostic root cause analysis on critical outage support activities. Analyze data to trouble-shoot issues, collaborate with vendors to develop and implement solutions.
- Proactively enforces worldwide and local security policies to ensure technology, application, and information assets are protected.
- Develop small to medium enhancements for key business customer
