Reports to: Showroom Manager / Sales Head

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive with a strong background in interiors, furniture, or design solutions. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their design and functional requirements, and providing tailored furniture and interior solutions. This role bridges design knowledge with sales acumen, ensuring an exceptional customer journey from inquiry to proposal stage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, engage, and qualify showroom walk-ins, architects, designers, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and design preferences; suggest suitable furniture and solutions.
- Create and share design presentations, product decks, quotations, and proposals in coordination with the design and back-office teams.




- Collaborate with the design team to prepare drawings, mood boards, and layout options.
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure accurate communication of client needs.
- Maintain CRM records of all inquiries, follow-ups, and leads to track conversions.
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and showroom events to generate leads.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, design trends, and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years in pre-sales, client servicing, or showroom sales (interior/furniture/design background preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of interior drawings and space planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
