- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures: The Quality Controller is responsible for developing and implementing quality control plans and procedures that ensure the construction project meets the established standards and specifications.
- Monitor construction activities: The Quality Controller monitors construction activities to ensure that they comply with the approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections: The Quality Controller conducts regular quality inspections to identify any defects or deviations from the approved plans and specifications.
- Identify and report non-conformities: The Quality Controller identifies and reports any non-conformities and ensures that corrective actions are taken to address them.
- Manage quality documentation: The Quality Controller is responsible for managing all quality documentation, including reports, records, and test results.
- Collaborate with project team members: The Quality Controller collaborates with project team members,



including contractors, engineers, and architects, to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Provide training: The Quality Controller provides training to construction staff on quality control procedures and standards.
