About ZebraLearn

ZebraLearn is a visual business books and a leading e-learning company, recognized on Shark Tank India. We're scaling across offline retail, international markets (US, UAE), and platform partnerships — and we're looking for a Marketing Strategist to own the growth agenda end to end.

The Role

We're hiring a hands-on Marketing Strategist who can think in strategy but operate in execution. This isn't a "campaign management" role — it's about owning marketing as a growth lever for the business: designing the strategy, building and leading the team that executes it, and being accountable for revenue outcomes.

You'll work closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams (ops, finance, sales) to turn business goals into marketing plans that move the needle.

What You'll Do
- Own the marketing strategy end-to-end — from planning to execution to results
- Build, mentor, and manage a marketing team across performance,



content, and brand functions
- Drive scalable revenue growth through performance marketing (Meta, Google, and emerging channels)
- Identify and launch recent growth channels — D2C platforms, marketplaces, quick commerce, offline/retail tie-ups
- Own budget allocation and be accountable for CAC, ROAS, and CPM efficiency across channels
- Partner with product and ops teams on launches, bundles, and seasonal/festival campaigns
- Bring structured reporting and forecasting to marketing spend — connect marketing activity directly to revenue and business metrics
- Stay ahead of D2C and performance marketing trends and bring new strategies to the table proactively

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of owning strategy and driving measurable revenue growth
- Strong hands-on knowledge of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and D2C growth platforms
