Position: Retail Sales Officer & Floor Manager Jewellery Showroom

Location: Tanishq Showroom, Kamalgazi, Near Garia, Kolkata

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Retail Sales Officer and Floor Manager to deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Deliver a premium shopping experience that enhances customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain customer database and follow up on enquiries, occasions, and pending sales.
- Support billing, invoicing, and POS operations accurately.
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in stock handling, inventory verification, and product movement as per SOP.




- Adhere to all security protocols, compliance requirements, and operational procedures.
- Attend regular product knowledge and customer service training sessions.

Required Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of retail sales experience.
- Experience in Jewellery, Luxury Retail, Fashion, Watches, Lifestyle, Electronics, or Premium Retail preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a robust customer service orientation may also apply.
