Role Overview




We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to take complete ownership of paid customer acquisition at Theos. Your primary mandate will be to design, execute, and optimize hyper-targeted lead generation campaigns on Meta (Instagram & Facebook) to keep our sales pipeline filled with high-intent premium clients. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of premium target psychology with an expert command over machine learning and automated AI campaign optimization tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management:Build, launch, and manage paid lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads Manager from scratch, leveraging advanced AI-driven campaign structures to ensure optimal budget utilization.
- Audience Targeting:Develop and test precise audience targeting strategies tailored to premium property owners, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and specific micro-markets.
- A/B Testing & AI Creative Scaling:Continuously test a
