We are looking for an experienced R&D; Executive to join our Research & Development team at Vedant Dyestuff Intermediates Private Limited, Taloja MIDC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory experiments and trials for product and process development.
- Perform liquid formulation and product stabilization activities.
- Validate production batches and conduct pilot batch trials.
- Perform stability studies and maintain stability reports.
- Operate RO and Spray Dryer systems.
- Handle laboratory instruments such as Spectrophotometer, pH Meter, Solid Analyzer, and Autoclave.
- Maintain experimental records, logbooks, and technical documentation.
- Prepare validation reports, summary sheets, and in-process testing records.
- File Spot Test, TLC, Coupling Test, and Spectra Reports.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials for planned experiments.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams during product validation.
